Bonus to living near the mountains: beautiful snow when is rains, gorgeous view, doesn't feel like L.A. anymore.
Not-so-much bonus: we only get one channel with our antenna
Yes, it's true, we don't have cable and I know we need to get it but I have been putting it off for the last 2 months. We only get ABC. That's right. One channel.
So all you people out there who can't decide what to watch tonight...remember me and flip to ABC to see what I am watching.

heh. I remember when we moved out to upland and it was a 3 month wait for the cable guy to come to our house. Two weeks before he came we discovered we could get like 5 more channels w/ our antenna then we thought we could. They were all kung fo. All the time.
It was awesome.
